Cut broadband and network costs by up to 65 percent

Connect Health Partners is teaming up with state hospital associations to help members cut their Internet, telecom and other broadband costs by up to 65 percent.

We have the experience and the expertise to help you start getting back part of the money you’re now paying for broadband through a federally-funded program that subsidizes connectivity costs for eligible facilities. The FCC’s Rural Health Care program was created to expand connectivity in rural and under served areas. In some cases urban hospitals are also eligible. We’re affiliated with one of the nation’s largest broadband consortiums, Palmetto Care Connections. We’ll walk you through every step of the process.

The window for enrolling for 2021 is January 1 – April 30. To begin, complete the broadband request form. However, it can take up to a month to determine eligibility to apply for funding, so don’t wait. Contact us to begin the process now.
